1/7/2019 · I have a PS- C500 -VP digital photo converter. It is a few years old but I have never used it before. I installed the driver and the software as per the instruction manual. However, my computer is not recognizing the device once I plug it in. My computer has Windows 10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it is still not working.
